Evaporative cooling is a process that reduces airtemperature by evaporation of water into theairstream. As water evaporates, energy is lost fromthe air causing its temperature to drop. Twotemperatures are important when dealing withevaporative cooling systems - dry bulb temperatureand wet bulb temperature.
